함께 만든 이름, 장조림포터리는 느긋한 아침, 고양이, 시골 작업실의 풍경을 닮은 우리의 공동 브랜드입니다.
그 안에서 신성민작가는 Shin sung min_sculpture 라는 이름으로 조형적 사유를, 김지혜작가는 objects by m i c h i 라는 이름으로 미지의 감각을 탐색합니다.
세 브랜드는 같은 뿌리에서 자라지만, 서로 다른 결을 가집니다. 우리는 각자의 손끝에서 출발한 감각이, 서로의 곁에서 어떻게 머무를 수 있는지를 실험하고 있습니다.
jangjorim pottery is a collaborative studio founded by ceramic artists sungmin Shin and jihye Kim. We share the same space, yet each of us continues our work at our own rhythm. The name we created together, jangjorim pottery, reflects our mornings—unhurried and gentle—along with the presence of our cat and the quiet scenery of our countryside studio. Within it, Shin sung min_Sculpture unfolds sculptural reflections, while objects by michi explores the sensibility of the unknown. The three brands grow from the same roots, yet carry different textures. Together, we experiment with how the sensibilities born from each hand can remain alongside one another.
